Rustic Hacienda

Working with clients yesterday on paint color scheme and built-in cabinet design for this formal living & dining room. I love the ceiling detail & and cannot wait to throw some color, pattern and texture.

What would you do in this space?

My favorite things

I can not wait to open all of my gifts! They were delivered today & I open the first one for my birthday tomorrow!  So festive & fun & I love the star basket!

12 Days of Favorite things

I am so excited! This year we are starting a new tradition of a gift exchange with my girlfriends. We are doing 12 days of our favorite things, in honor of the 12 days of Christmas.  Here are my gifts to my sweet friend-I've wrapped 12 of her favorites & she will get to open one a day till Christmas Day!

What gift exchanges are you doing this year?

Number tags

Can anyone guess what I'm making these for?

Girlfriend gifts

Every year I like to get a little something for my bunco girls. Since there's a lot of them, I try to keep the cost per gift to a minimum. Last year, I created these cute & fun gifts.  This year, I created & printed custom stationery for each girl from designhergirls.com

I purchased Avery notecards & envelopes from Staples & got started creating each girl.  For wrapping, I placed them in clear cellophane bags & tied a simple ribbon to close.

They are all packaged up & ready to go! And for less than $2.50 each! What do you think?  I can't wait to give them to the girls at the Christmas bunco tonight!

Peel & Stick Paneling

Love the weathered wood trend but do not want the major commitment?  I've found the perfect product for you! Stikwood finds weathered wood with character and age, and shaves it into 1/8-inch-thick lengths and back it with adhesive strips. Delivery usually takes fewer than three days, and its an easy installation!
