I have been seeing these cute football jars all over Pinterest & knew the perfect colored football drink: Adult Chocolate Milk! For the football jars, I added the "threads" with white duct tape. I poured chilled ACM over ice & added a referee striped straw. Touchdown baby!

Is anyone excited for the Super Bowl this weekend? I wanted to come up with any easy cocktail idea in Seattle team colors. I started with my fave Adult Limeade & added a generous splash of Midori for the green & a splash of Blue Curaçao for the Seahawk blue. Super easy & SO delicious! Go Seahawks!

Snapped a few quick pictures of my clients Craftsman style bungalow in Arcadia. We installed gorgeous glass tiles, arts & crafts style vanity with copper vessel sink and porcelain plank flooring.
My client is thrilled with the results and it is quite an amazing transformation!

In a few weeks, I'm hosting Valentine's Bunco! I wanted to get started on the favors for the girls. I picked up these mailboxes at Target in the dollar bin. :). We've all seen this darling project all over Pinterest &I couldn't resist making them! I'm adding each girls initial with chevron stickers to a chalkboard nameplate. I bought mini candlesticks that I've spray painted black & when they're dry, I will adhere them to the bottom for the stands.

I went shopping with one of my favorite clients yesterday! She wants to update her formal dining room & turn it into a casual, relaxed entertaining space for friends and family. Pottery Barn is her favorite store & we found fun side tables, coffee table trunk, sofa, pillows & accessories to go along with her existing expresso leather club chairs.

For my sons basketball party this weekend, I made basketball net waffle bowls for Slam Dunk Sundaes!
I bought waffle bowls from the grocery store, white tube frosting & a pack of cherry pull apart Twizzlers. To make the nets, simply trace the raised lines on the waffle bowls with the white tube frosting. Set aside to dry. Once dry, line the bowl with frosting & bend two Twizzlers around the bowl for the rim. Be prepared to hold the Twizzlers on until the frosting hardens or they will not stay on. I actually used some clamps to hold them until they dried.
The kids loved these & piled theirs with all the toppings they could pile on. I added a basketball cookie & the Slam Dunk Sundae was born!
I had so much putting together my son's 12th birthday party this year! He loves basketball & plays year round so it was an obvious choice for his birthday theme! For the dessert table, we based it around the "Crabtree Court".
I lined the court with cutest lockers for all the "players". For the backdrop, I used mini NBA pennants and a light up basketball light I found at Target.
I ordered the awesome jersey cookies from The Cookie Loft Girls. Tricia customized the jerseys with his name, age & team colors-they are absolutely darling!
Tricia also made the basketball cookies which I placed on homemade chocolate cupcakes. Yum! I made basketball Oreo balls, complete with foam finger toppers in our bleachers!
Every athlete needs some Gatorade to wash it all down.
A shot looking down the court...
Fun fun fun!
A night time shot of the court including "lasers" for the half-time show!
Who doesn't love a basketball full of airheads?
For game time, the boys played NBA2014 in the Game Truck!
Here's a quick shot of all the boys eating pizza after the big game!
For favors, each boy got their own locker filled with basketball cards, Gatorade chews, foam finger, finger light lasers & a ref whistle!

How cute are my son's birthday Basketball Cookies made by The Cookie Loft Girls? They made the jeresey in his team colors, added his name & the number 12 for his 12th birthday. I love all the details including the NBA & Addias logos & the jersey tags. Absolutely adorable! We can't wait for the party tomorrow!

Won't my son be surprised when he opens his lunchbox today? Tomorrow is his birthday and I wrapped up his lunch (turkey sandwich, clementine, water & a few gummy bears). It's a fun way to let him know I'm thinking about him for his birthday! :)

Today is our 18th wedding anniversary! Michael & I were married in Las Vegas at Treasure Island. A few months ago we were in Vegas for a long weekend to see ASU play. We were feeling nostalgic & went to the chapel at TI. We sure have changed over the years but one thing that hasn't is how much I love my hubby!
