dude, i found the most amazing recipe for, get this, "irish car bomb cupcakes" on smitten kitchen (it's a blogspot blog i think). they look a bit labor intensive but who can resist a cupcake filled with chocolate ganache/whiskey and frosting with bailey's??? not me! check it out! xoxo
