Robot Party Time

Okay, here is the bad news: I literally only had a few minutes to set up for the party. Unfortunately, there was a party before us & after their clean up, it didn't allow ANY time for set up before Evan's friends arrived. I also didn't have much of an opportunity to take many pictures (the few photos I do have are not great) AND I completely forgot to take photos of the favor table & the Robot fuel drink station.

HOWEVER, that being said, the GOOD NEWS! Evan had a great time celebrating with his friends & loved his laser tag birthday party (and that is what is MOST important!)

Robot Snacks

This morning, I packaged up some Robot snacks for Evan's party this weekend.

Every Robot requires lots of "nuts & bolts"

& several "computer chips" to run efficiently!

A BIG thanks to Kara for the cute snack idea!

Robot Pops

Yesterday, I found these lollipops & loved the color swirls for the robot party

but what I didn't like were the giant, UNREMOVABLE stickers on the front.

I cut circles of scrapbook paper & placed on robot stickers

& VIOLA, the Robot Pop is complete!

I left the lollipops in the original display box & stuck the entire piece in a shoebox covered in left over Robot gift wrap.

This was a very easy project & literally only took 30 minutes to make!

Robot Cookies

Had to share how SUPER CUTE Evan's robot cookies turned out & I have Laurie from Whimsy Cookie Co. to thank for them! Laurie you are the BEST! She is a dream to work with, so accommodating, so easy, & I am now, the best Mom ever (at least according to Evan)!

Thanks Laurie!!! XOXO

Robot Favor Bags

On my last minute search, I found these cute robot gift bags that I am using for the kids party favors! HOWEVER, as my son pointed out, THERE IS A HEART IN THE MIDDLE! SO my question to you is, does the heart make it to Valentiney?? (yes, I just made up that word) Should I cover it or leave it? Any & all OPINIONS would be GREATLY appreciated!

Mr. Roboto

This weekend, my youngest decided his birthday should be a Laser Tag party INSTEAD of the Mario party we have been planning for the last 6 weeks! Oh, did I mention his birthday is NEXT weekend? Needless to say, I have shifted gears (pun intended) and am trying to roll with it! He chose a robot theme & of course, there is NOTHING besides Wall-E stuff in our local stores.

However, I did find these cool, robot downloads from Paperkraft.

They have a TON of different robot patterns & you can download them here. Now, I just need a few girlfriends to come over to help me cut & glue them together-any volunteers?
