Beary Cute Crackers

Little Charlie turned two last week & adores animal crackers. I found this cute bear full of animal crackers at Target but could not live with the label. A little left over scrapbook paper & ribbon & it is covered! Also, wouldn't these make a great favor for a circus theme or carnival party?



Wouldn't this container be great filled with gummy bears too?

My Thai Kitchen Invites

This morning, I found out we won a My Thai Kitchen Party from House Party.com! I wanted to send out some quick invites but did not want to spend any money. I went through my kitchen junk drawer, found some take out chopsticks & hand wrote the invite which says "Please help us Thai one on"!


pulled out lanterns I had left over from the dollar store


& reused the lantern packaging as my envelope



& all from items just laying around the house! I am attaching a small ribbon for a door hanger & will hang them on all our guests front doors tomorrow! SO easy, SO FUN, and SO much more personal than an Evite!

Lunchbox Surprise

I like to surprise my boys with little treats & notes in their lunch boxes. Last week, I wrapped new silly bands around their Gatorade bottles. This week I saw this cute & simple idea from justbento.com



& created my own version for my monkeys

How long do you think it will take Ziploc to design sandwich bags with silly faces on them? Or even better, sandwich bag stickers to decorate our kids lunches?

Stamp of Approval

For Prince Charming, just add water

Gave this to my girlfriend who is a little tired of kissing frogs & searching for her prince. Packed in a box of filled with Hershey kisses (chocolate NEVER disappoints) with a little note that read "Some day your prince will come". Just a little something to make her day a little brighter.

It's okay, you can say it, you are tired of my fun 40's gifts. However, this time it is not for me, it is for my girlfriend who wants to have favors for her 40th birthday. She is a little happier about turning 40 than I am and thinks it is GREAT!
